Kristen Elsken, RN, PhD

Kristen is a geriatric nurse and founder of Elder Centered Consulting. With advanced training in dementia care and over 30 years of mental health and nursing experience, she serves as a trusted medical ally.

Her work focuses on helping older adults and their families move from  uncertainty to clear, values-driven decisions. She guides clients through personalized Values Exploration and assists them in creating practical, individualized advance care plans that honor autonomy, dignity, and quality of life.

Kristen is passionate about supporting older adults and their families through decisions and conversations that are gentle, respectful, and deeply human.
